Shane and two more guys from Glazier Glazing attended our property to replace a very unsightly front door with a brand new composite door. Excellent work from the beginning to the end and the final result is awesome. Shane was very helpful throughout the whole process, giving us good suggestions and spotting an inconsistency between our final order and what we discussed, preventing an expensive mistake!Would definitely recommend and use again ourselves!

Shane and Glacier Glazing recently fitted sash windows in our double bayed Victorian terraced house. We thoroughly recommend them. Shane explained exactly how they would fit the windows ( in a way that other contractors did not), listened to and took on board all our wishes and concerns and provided very high quality, period appropriate windows at a competitive price and in a timely manner. The installation work and customer service was of an extremely high standard. All contractors were extremely polite, hard working, a pleasure to have in the house and they cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day. We can’t speak highly enough of them.

We had been looking to replace our back doors leading to the garden for a quite a while. We got about 6 quotes, but what made Glacier stand out (especially Shane), is how they came prepared during the quote, took measurements, listened to our requirements attentively and sent us the quote in a timely manner. The actual process of getting the doors in took a day, and a bit; my mother in law oversaw the process (as my husband and I were at work) and she was full of praise of how professional.and clean Shane and his team were (at one point, our old sliding door shattered into tiny pieces, but they swept up every last bit of glass from the back garden). A smaller job also had to be completed (a small bedroom window needed replacing), and despite being paid in full after completing the back doors, Shane and his team returned a couple of weeks later, as promised, to complete the job. Glacier glazing have been an absolute dream to deal with; Shane is a man of his word, which is such a rare quality to find in trades people. If you need any glazing done - don't waste your time shopping around, get Glacier in!! A very thankful customer :)
