Had the most wonderful pregnancy massage. Jan went through my pregnancy symptoms in detail and gave me a lot of great advice. The massage was gentle yet very effective and really helped alleviate some of my aches and pains and thoroughly relaxed me. The massage seemed far superior to any I have received at a spa in the past. Looking forward to returning for further treatments.

I have now had 2 Lymphatic Drainage Treatments with Jan and have booked a third.She is very professional and talked to me at length before the first treatment and listened carefully to get my full medical history.The treatments were calming and gentle and I was fully relaxed.
