STEER WELL CLEAR. They are happy to take your money but certainly not helpful when there is an issue. I bought a car from them, only to find out the CD player didn't work. It was months before they finally got round to looking at it. After I had to do all the chasing, I then found out the car had been WRITTEN OFF whilst in their care. I am now massively out of pocket. They offered me £250 to silence me so that I would take down all my online reviews. I accepted this, but now they won't even pay me that derisory sum and are refusing to accept any correspondence I send to them. Disgusting behaviour. I will now be taking them through the small claims court to claim the full amount back. P.S. Keep an eye out for them posting reviews about themselves on review sites (T or P Beaumont).

Found the perfect car for our family at a great price. Tony could not have been more helpful as there was a lot to sort out. Took a few weeks but was well worth the wait, happy with our purchase and would definitely deal with again.

I bought a used car from here one year ago and I was very happy with the experience. The prices were reasonable, the service was excellent, and the car was in great condition. I had a few minor problems with the car after I bought it, but PICK-A-CAR was very quick to fix them. I also appreciated the fact that they gave me a lot of trust as a customer.I recently sold the car back to PICK-A-CAR and I had another great experience. They gave me a fair price for the car and the process was very smooth.My English is not good, but at any time they always communicate with me patiently.I would definitely recommend PICK-A-CAR to anyone looking to buy or sell a car.

Amazing treatment knowledge and customer service from Tony & Co. I have just bought my fourth car from Pick-a-Car Well my son and daughter bought two of them. They have been reliable and with no issues. The attention to detail on service, valet etc is fab I trust them to get me the right deal and so far have not let me down

Had the pleasure of dealing with pick a car (Tony) 6 years ago to purchase my first family car! The service was fantastic and still have the car now, I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else now brilliant honest company!

So my 18 year old son purchases a car online from these guys for £4700 bought it only reading the description and the pics provided due to us been 90 miles away everything seemed to be going OK until the delivery date kept changing so I did an mot check to find out it had failed one serious concern was the bubling coolant so I asked the owner who assured him it was a lose radiator cap , then it passed second mot so all was good then it got delivered and that's where it went bad the car was full of small white specs all over the black paint work , there was a snapped door strip on passenger door the handbrake looked as if it had been chewed by a dog then the front end definitely looked as if it had been in a previous accident and covered up now the guy that delivered it said what do you expect for a 10 year old car at £4700 well not that damaged for sure in my opinion they have tried to take an 18 year old for granted and that's not fair at all I have a 14 year old car that is in better condition than most new cars but doesn't give them the right to rip people off the car is worth nothing in that state especially nearly £5000

Called in recently to have a chat with Phil and Tony having had a very positive experience when last buying from Pick-a Car and though I didn't quite find the right car this time, I have to confirm that they are a thoroughly personable, knowledgeable and helpful team in whom all prospective customers should have the utmost confidence. Will watch the stock and visit again when ready to buy. Recommended without hesitation.
