Exceptional service. Headset replaced within a couple of days and Chris spotted a potentially fatal crack in the stem. His attention to detail and speed and quality of work is second to none.

Chris is great, an excellent mechanic, expert and honest, very fair prices. I’ve used Bancroft cycles lots of times now with mtb, road and cyclocross bikes, for services, upgrades and repairs, and have always been delighted with the service.

Excellent service. Chris is clearly very knowledgeable but is accommodating of amateurs. He built my daughters bike the same day at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend giving Chris a call.

Chris provides an excellent service that can't be bettered on the high street. He's quick to diagnose faults and rectify with no fuss. His standard of work is very high and is very good value for money. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my bike.

Amazing service, attention to detail & Chris always offers you options on parts rather than just fitting a part he wants. The advice Chris gives to help you maintain your bike has been second to non be it on products or style of riding (not always staying in the top ring to prolong the life of the chain & front ring). As for price, unbelievable value & cheaper than all places I've used in the past. Cheers Chris
