Wonderful nursery - my oldest has been her for a couple of years now and has loved it ! Wonderful outdoors area for the children, and staff are always ready to help. Younger siblings will be attending in the future too - highly recommend!

My daughter has settled into Novostart so well. She is contented and happy there. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable and 100% committed to creating a happy and safe environment for all of the children. I cannot recommend this setting enough. Thank you to all of the Novostart staff.

My little girl has loved her time with everyone, she has formed such special bonds as well as friendships.From being a shy and quiet little girl everyone has helped her come out of her shell so much and she always comes out with a smile on her face and lots to say about her day. she loves all the singing and dancing and her favourite place is the Wilderness area.Thank you to you all the staff and the children for making my little girls nursery days fun, happy and nurturing. You are all so caring and I always know when I drop her off in a morning that she's in the best place for fun and for learning.

Both of my boys have gone to this nursery from a young age which is terrifying for any mother. I can honestly say I wouldn’t want them to be anywhere else. The staff are amazing and help with any issues or queries I have and always within 24hours! I really can’t fault them. It’s run by some great ladies who really are a credit to the company. Especially Jo, Kathy, Leanne and Kayleigh who have all been great! Even with them tearful days. My highest and most important recommendation

The team at Family Nurseries have been amazing especially as Kane is a not just a newcomer but also new to the area. They have helped him settle in so well, I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

We had a look around the nursery last week.We were really impressed with the overall set up of it all.The manager was excellent and knowledgeable.We can't wait for our child to start.

My daughter grew up during lockdown, she didn't communicate well with people outside of the family and lacked confidence in different environments.Shes now been at novostart for over a year and has flourished.Shes a confident playful little girl and has friends. She loves all of the staff and enjoys going every day.I couldn't of wished for a better nursery to prepare my baby for school Sept 23.Genuinely, thank you all so so much xx

I did my work experience here for 2 weeks and they made me feel very welcome very quickly. The children really love it and it is such a good environment.
