Never was a good place to shop and still isn't.Overly pushy staff and offers that are advertised on their Web page are not available once you get in store, where staff try to 'upsell' other offers. Guessing this is their sales strategy.

Okay store, some nice staff, some that obviously despise humans. Totally flawed refund scheme wherein you can’t return an item in store even before you’ve taken it out of the click and collect box unless you want to trade it in at a significantly lower price. Disgraceful scam and only other option is to go through the website and post it back for a refund. Why is this? Useless company. Won’t be back

My other half had an issue with his playstation so he took it to the Game in the MetroCentre and the staff were absolutely lovely and helped him with his issue and got it resolved quickly. Fabulous service and knowledgable staff, will be back

Spent far too much money in here but loved the range of Overwatch merch. Got a little Mercy for my bag. Store was nice and cool and staff were fab.

Why call yourselves Game when there is less that 1/8 of the shop allocated to gaming. There are more sweets and led lighting straps than anything to do with games or consoles

Went inside to return package as I didn't want it anymore and the I got turned away unfriendly and rude staff. VERY unfriendly environment and frankly a shell of it once was

Ripped my 85 year old father off. He bought PS5 for my bday only on basis he could take it back as I was talking about getting one. I did in fact get one and they refused him a refund and gave him a 580 pound credit note. Obsolute scam of a company.

Used to love this place as it was where you could get anything from pc to console games and accessories but now they only sell games and the lowest quality accessories with most of the store being dedicated to gaming related toys designed for younger individuals. This place is now comparable to Smyths.

Took the kid and his gf to play some games. (Fortnight!!!) Good price and friendly staff. Has sweets and drink available to buy. VR is available as long as there isn't a party in. My kid went in to the newly finished game arena equipment is awesome. Gaming pc, Xbox one s with controllers, ps4. And can play linked games in network. Parents have to stay with kids 11 and under. And 12 years can be left on there own but needs a parents permission to sign first. All in all a great experance over all.

Handy for having a browse around and checking out new titles. The staff is friendly and helpful. I think online retailers are more competitively priced but always good if you find a bargain here.
