Called into the crewe shop last week becuse I was having problems setting my citizen watchThe staff where very helpful and extremely knowledge one member of staff called Daisy has me to leave it with her called back today all put right no charge thanks Daisy would definitely recommend

I was having trouble resetting my Citizen eco drive satellite watch to uk time having just returned from abroad. Having taken it to 3 different watch shops whilst shopping in Shrewsbury who couldnt adjust it or wanted to charge £30.I decided to give Ernest Jones a try in my local area of Crewe , I spoke to Daisy and explained my problem she said leave it with me for a short while i came back after 20 mins whilst been shopping and hey presto she had adjusted it correctly what a star.Also shop assistant Sarah was very help full, knowledgeable and polite showing my wife some jewellery.Both of these staff are a asett to the company.

I took my Tissot watch to Ernest Jones to have the battery replaced and paid just under £80 to have this work done with genuine Tissot parts which then comes with a two year warranty. Within 14 months of having this work completed, my watch stopped working. I took the watch back to Ernest Jones to have the battery replaced under warranty. Following a lengthy discussion with sales assistant they eventually agreed to have the work done under warranty. Initially the assistant stated that all batteries only come with a 12 month warranty despite me having paperwork that contradicted this. Within another 14 months the battery has stopped working again. I returned to Ernest Jones to discuss the issue, noting that surely something is wrong with the battery? Should they not last longer considering the price? The assistant refused to be of any assistance. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences ever, especially when my watch was originally purchased from them. I would definitely recommend avoiding!

From my experience the other day I went to Ernest jones and was greeted with a smile and a very warm welcome. I was looking at buying a watch and they had the one I was looking for, the service was quick and the lady Sarah who helped me answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortableI recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy any jewellery/watches.

I bought a watch today and the ladies there were very welcoming I’m not really good with names but I think it was Jane and Sara. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. It was a really good experience.

Ernest Jones are brilliant they help me with wot I needed and Daisy helped me alot and so polite thank u daisy from the crewe store

I visited The Armadale, Manchester store, the lovely assistant Mary was very professional, she was able to show me exactly what I wanted for my 25th wedding anniversary, with no pressure to purchase. However the ring was just beautiful I had to buy it. Thank you so much for your kindness, a really lovely experience. Thank you Mary.

Bought watch weds wore it Friday went swimming for 1/2 hour Sunday . returned Tues having stopped and full of water.Manager insisted I had damaged it or snagged it. I explained i hadnt but she wasnt having any of it.Poor customer service skills.She held it up shook it poked on button and it fell off. Claimed iwas responsible when it fell off in her hand as a result of being. It was on when i handed it to her.poked upposed to be water resistant to 5 bar 100 plus feet pool 1.2 meter deepfull of water after swimming for less than ten minutes ( photos to prove shown ) poor quality and i didn't like inference I had damaged it. Came with no instructions.or demonstration of how to use buttons on side told me to look instructions up.online Good job i took out extra ins which she told me is now void. I have to pay again to insure it. It was faulty when i had it. Service like that avoid the place . I was made to feel stupid . Boss watch not cheap either Not happy with customer service from instore staff. ( MANAGERESS)
