Florenc did the most amazing job fitting fire doors and making a staircase for me. The finish is great and he was a pleasure to have complete the work - I have recommended him and his team to many people in the Willesden area already.

Florenc did a great job at completely refurbishing our old bathroom. He was quick & responsive, and always on time each day, and finished the job to a really high standard. He was always very professional and because of this we also used him for our decking replacement, which again he completed to a very high standard. Florenc always offered to come back too in case there were any issues, which we really appreciated.I would definitely recommend Florenc if you are considering having work done to your home.

Florenc and his team did my rear extension to create an open plan kitchen and downstairs wc. It was a big job and I am happy with the result. Florenc has an excellent network of skilled contractors who were polite, friendly and professional. I can recommend them.

I found Abi Building Services using MyBuilder.com. Florenc contacted me and came around the next day to provide a quote for removal of the existing rotten Garden decking and joists, rebuilding with new joists and laying of porcelain tiles (I sourced them) with drainage grills. His quote was reasonable and so we immediately went ahead.The work went very well (see photo) so I asked Florenc if he had an electrician to fix my garden lights and a plumber to install an outside tap. He did have very good subcontractors and both of these jobs also went very well.Florenc also made some changes to the water feature in the garden and replaced wooden door thresholds with tile thresholds as well as fixing some damaged paintwork.Florenc is a nice guy and his work is of a very good standard. I'm very pleased with the work that has been done. Highly recommended.

Florenc did an absolutely amazing job with my flat. I am brand new with renovating and moved into my first home and Florenc was incredibly patient and professional and helped me along the way. I found Abi Building Services on Checkatrade for a tricky job replacing an integrated washer dryer including helping with delivery (up some very steep/tight stairs), installation, and taking the old appliance away. To connect the machine required pulling out the integrated dishwasher next to it and removing cupboard doors to access the fittings under a sink. A retailer had already refused the job!From beginning to end Florenc was responsive, polite, and very professional. I'm really pleased with the quality of the work and the whole experience was positive. I would definitely recommend using Abi Building Services.

Florenc is highly professional, patient and polite individual. He worked on removal of old shower and new shower installation, as well as, interior wall/floor work in my living room due to a previous damp damage. Pretty organised, patient (as the work got halted for a while due to issues with council) and highly professional. Strongly recommended.
