Usually love a good b&m shop, but wasn't able to go upstairs due to an out of order lift. Aisles scattered with boxes which would have caused issues for wheelchair users.

I am a wheelchair user. I Travelled to this B&M because of good things I’d heard… However, regretted the trip for a couple of reasons, struggled to get around some isles due to stock left in the way, then when I wanted to go upstairs, where the items where I actually wanted, the lift was blocked off. No sign, no apology!

Lots too choose from. A wide range of stuff and great prices. There card machine to pay was playing up so took a while to pay but thats technology sometimes. The person on the till was lovely and friendly.

The last few months, there have been dozens of missing shelf prices in each aisle. I know this is not just due to Christmas moves, it's been going on for ages. We have visited multiple times across the space of a few weeks and we have forgone purchasing several items as there are no prices on the products, no price marked products showing the price and it's hard to find staff to ask the prices anyway. Often, the shelves are so over-faced the labels don't correspond with the products on display either. We went to get a trolley and they were all chained to the railings and unable to be used.

Never been here before, all I can say is WoW!!!!!! Its huge, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, unfortunately lift was out of order, but the security man helped bring up my granddaughters pram . He was very friendly as was the checkout lady.So much space upstairs, be nice if you could have a coffee shop, or a little snack bar, Just a thought........

Great shop, plenty of choice and room. HOWEVER……the queues are always massive, with plenty of tills unopened and even more people on the floor filling but not going on the till. Please sort it out for a 5 star review

You name they sell it , and at great prices , if you want a good look around and take your time ,the best time to visit is from mid afternnon onwards ,its so much more quieter and less stressful.

Not impressed.This is the 3rd time this year that I’ve been overcharged when the item is a cheaper price on the shelves.So have to go back “queue and Long” to receive refund”
