On arrival, we were given a table quickly. The staff were courteous, although slightly overworked. The upholstery and cleanliness of the fixtures and fittings and restaurant in general where okay, but nothing fancy. The service took quite a long time, but I can accept that because it was quite busy in the restaurant. The food was very nice, typical run off the road pub food, nothing fancy, but it was acceptable. Overall, I’d say my experience in the Kings arm in Hathern was good.

Literally served within minutes of arriving drinks came out super fast. Food came out super fast which was a bonus. Waiting time is not long at all. Nice friendly stuff will definitely come back. Food was lush.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sophie, Rachel and Tasha were fabulous servers. The food was also lovely and fresh.

A long time since we visited this local pub. Went there for a mid week lunchtime snack.Very quiet but still a decent atmosphere. Barman personable and helpful. We didn't wait too long for food and when it came it was hot, well presented, tasty and a reasonable price.Pub decor is standard but ok for a multi chain.Will probably be a while before we return as we have a local nearer to us that we really like.

Went here as a group of 6 adults and 2 babies.Food and service was outstanding even though I suspect they may have been understaffed.They even had a packet of baby wipes in the changing room just in case you forgot

We were greeted as soon as we got in the door. The food ordered was of excellent quality and the server was very attentive. I came with friends and we all enjoyed the night out at this restaurant and will certainly come back again

We stopped after a journey back from Skegness. We were both very tired. Had been driving and out since 5:00 a.m. We drove past the pub saw that it was open. Didn't look too busy and thought we could go in and just grab a bite to eat which is what we did. We were served by a lovely young lady called Jess who it turned out to be was her first day on the job and if her service and attitude are anything to go by she will go far and she will have a fantastic time at the pub she was very pleasant. She was very prompt. The food was amazingly hot and she was just a very lovely person. And nothing was too much trouble. Just the kind of service you want after a very long day when you're feeling very tired. Well done Jess. Enjoy your job.

Table was easy to book online which has a good selection of times. We arrived and were greeted with a very warm welcome and escorted to our table, the table was clean and seating was comfortable for all diners.The menu had a good choice of meals which were very reasonably priced, our party of 5 each chose a different meal and every meal was well presented and no complaints from any of the choices made. The staff were very polite and helpful and I would definitely recommend a visit and we are already planning our next visit. Well done Kings Arms

From the moment we arrived the staff were very attentive and helpful.Good was very nice and we didn't have to wait ages for it like you do in some busy places.
