My daughter bought her first car just before Christmas 2022 from Ian at Cass Auto Sales. He was so helpful and patient with her very inquisitive and questioning mother!! We viewed the car on the Saturday, a loose exhaust was fixed to enable a test drive on the Tuesday, sale agreed and a new MOT was done straight away on the Wednesday, car collected on the Thursday, with a years road tax thrown in and sorted out for good measure. The car was needed to enable ease of University hospital placement for her midwifery course, so we wanted something reliable and felt Ian was very understanding of this. I can't thank Ian enough for all his help and for saying that if we had any problems or needed any help in the future just to call him. We are so glad we found this listing and can't fault the assistance that was given.

I’m very late leaving a review (apologies!) but I bought my car from Cass Autos in April last year, and throughout the whole process Ian was helpful and honest, and went above and beyond normal customer service.He kindly arranged the removal of my old car and kept me updated on when my new car was ready.My car is the second car that we as a household have bought from Cass Autos, and to date we have not had a single problem with either one.Would absolutely buy from Cass Autos again, and would (and do!) recommend to everyone.

Just picked up my car from Ian at Cass Auto's, Very nice and helpful! Not only did they do a MOT and service, but also noticed the clutch needed replacing so all this was done before it reached me and for no extra cost! Would highly recommend!

Called in to see if they could help with some coolant as my car had a fault alert for more coolant. The chap seemed busy, however, he stopped what he was doing and checked the coolant. He topped it up gave me some useful advice and refused any payment! What a star. Good man and thanks again.
