We have been using WiFi uk since 2018.Honestly the customer service from planning the infrastructure, to implementing it and then being available at any time to either add APs or deal with issues has been brilliant!Our business has expanded organically, resulting in the need for multiple visits and additions to the infrastructure. The team has always been accommodating even during the weekends.

Excellent service from Jeffery and his team. I telephoned looking for a wifi solution and they were on site within 48 hours. No drilling was required and within an hour they had set up a superb wifi extension from our Church Hall into the main body of the Church. Efficient and well priced. Would highly recommend them.

We had a very weak wifi signal in most rooms of our unusually long flat before Wi-fi UK sorted the problem. We used their extensions for about 5 years and then upgraded to mesh technology which considerably improved the speed. They are very responsive for troubleshooting and sort everything out quickly (unlike major service providers).

This is one of the most professional company I have every come across in Jamaica. They have done the MESH technology in two of my properties now and it is amazing how different the service is. Great service and support. Our only issue with the wifi happened 3 years after installation and the problem was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The guys at Wi-Fi UK have been excellent. We struggled to get WiFi coverage in every room in the house and our garden room and had the added problem of Sky frequently dropping out. They installed a mesh system which enabled us to get the coverage and also sorted our sky problems. They always returned to sort out any issues which could not be fixed remotely and suggested equipment we needed in order to use our Wii system. Fantastic service and we would definitely recommend them.

What a super professional team!Many thanks to Michal and Jeffery for sorting out our network problems.I can not stress how frustrating it has been for me and my family with intermittent and slow WiFi in the house, we had literally tried all solutions and then phoned Wi-Fi UK.Within 48 hours they scheduled a visit, travelled to York mapped out our network and installed and commissioned a new system.I now have a perfectly functioning system, super stable and all Reaching.We have super fast internet in the gym and I am happy to report I have a happy wife and a happy life!Highly recommend using Jeffrey and Michal, literally if you have network problems do not even think of trying anyone else they are absolutely top notch and great value for money as well.
