We had the most delightful experience at Chocoberry Blackburn! As regulars at the Leicester branch, our expectations were high, and I must say, they exceeded them.The waffle bites were simply amazing - fresh, beautifully presented, and generously covered in chocolate. The opening of the Blackburn branch was well worth the wait.The ambiance was charming, with lovely decor that created the perfect atmosphere for a dessert spot. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. I couldn't have asked for a better evening.Chocoberry Blackburn has now become our go-to spot for satisfying our sweet cravings. I can't wait to return and indulge in those delectable waffle bites again. Thank you for providing us with such a lovely experience!

This dessert place is gorgeous inside, decor is lovely, seating is good in the booths, staff very friendly, however on this visit it was way too hot inside no ac was on either, other customers were fanning themselves with the menus, it was 24 degrees outside or something it should be a bit of sense to put some cooling on for staff and customers.The other bad thing is the long waiting time, i only ordered a strawberry mojito, which only takes 1 or 2 minutes to make but was waiting for very long time well over 20 minutes. Everywhere else i have been like to give drinks out first as they quick to make and give out. That is a suggestion for you guys to improve upon. The drink itself was quite small for £4 as i managed to drink it all in one gulp and was left feeling thirsty still so had to get a drink from euro garages. Overall im not really impressed a lot to be improved upon. I know this is a new business so i hope you take on board my constructive critisism and use it to improve as this place looks like a dream, its time to make it a dream place. All the best for the future.

Aesthetic place & customer service was so good. Gentleman looking after us was accommodating and friendly, definitely coming back again. Food was warm, tasty and looked good too. Parking at the back too so really convenient :)

The place is quite beautifully decorated and has lots of seating however I would complain of the size of writing on the electronic menus, I find them to be rather small and left me unable to know what I want. This problem however was solved when coming to the counter and paper copies being available, but it’s not a convenient option at busy times. As I placed my order the waiter was kind and gave me time so it wasn’t too bad however when we seated at our table we found their to be old coffee mugs still at the table. I understand there was maybe a rush but the sparse population of customers made it seem otherwise. We waited around 10 minutes before our food was served which is an appropriate time so we didn’t mind however we did have to ask for our table to be cleaned. The food arrived but the cutlery arrived 5 minutes later which wasn’t particularly great. We ordered an original crepe and although it wasn’t amazing the portions were fitting but it did taste a little stale. We also ordered a terry chocolate orange dessert which unfortunately seemed store brought and wasn’t as good as we anticipated. The drinks were equally as disappointing with tasting like syrup and little bit of 7up. I wouldn’t really recommend this place as it cost as around £25.00 and didn’t seem worth it but I guess if you like cute instagramable places and don’t really eat this is your place.

Fantastic location with a car park, dessert was lovely and made fresh. Very generous with their chocolate drizzles which we loved! Ive been twice so far and no doubt i’ll be going again for more! 100% recommend for the yummy dessert and the lovely vibes!

Very dissapointed! Ordered choco puffs and 2 waffle bites via uber eats. Waffle bites were cold and not enough sauce on them choco puffs were over fried. Broke apart each time i tried to pick 1 out.

Place is quite nice aesthcially, staff were friendly. Was very quiet when we went so we were seated immediately.Desserts arrived however our Cookie dough was super burnt, it felt like you needed a hammer to crack around the edges so wasn't able to finish it all.Standard prices for desserts, however will probably go to Heavenly as they're similarly priced and better quality.

First impressions as you walk in, nice place, well decorated and feels cosy and comfortable with adequate seating and lighting.The desserts on the menu with varied influence. Waffles, Turkish kefinah and churros as some examples.Churros were ok but had better from il Mexicana at the service stations. Tried the chocolate pistachio kefinah, definitely a sharing portion and was adequate I'd say.Price wise a portion of churros, kefinah and 2 drinks cost just over £18.Was it worth it??But I'd say the look and feel of the place is very nice.
