Really helpful people. I phoned them pretty much at random and spoke to the boss there whilst on holiday in the middle of the Pyrenees because we had a problem with the van (fridge ) and I could get no help from anyone nearby especially with the language barrier. I’m not even a customer and explained my situation. The boss there gave me the advice I needed to resolve my problem, for which I am extremely grateful. If only everyone was this helpful! Regular servicing for our 2020 coachman . Yesterday Wayne reported major problem with seals on roof and even damp and a stain showing water ingress ! 3 year old van! Thankful for a diagnosis now to contact the dealer and hope for the best!!

Unfortunately, despite advising that they would take on warranty work for our camper, the details for which were sent to them on 13/6, they have now advised (on 1/8!) that they not only failed to submit the claim as promised, they are not taking on any new" warranty work due to staffing problems. Very disappointing especially given their undertaking to take the warranty work on in the first place!"

I have been using WKD for three years. On the first visit for a routine service they spotted a major problem with a previous dealer repair on my three year old van which resulted in a return to Swift. They have subsequently replaced the large panoramic window under warranty. I have complete confidence in Wayne for major repairs and services are carried out thoroughly. Helpful and competent.

Wayne, Debbie & the team have been looking after my caravan for 4 years now and they are just brilliant. Always accommodating with drop off collection times, first class service and when you see the level of detail they pick up on, you know they have gone over the caravan service with a fine eye and very reasonable price. Can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys!

Went to price a repair to a motorhome canopy,or replacement,the lady on reception was very polite,the owner/fitter was out so she asked me to send pictures and she would give to the him and he would get a price and contact me,he didn't get back for a week so my husband called him he was very abrupt and rude saying he was to busy,he still hasn't got back to this day,if this is the service he would provide if he has done the work, I'm glad he hasn't bothered,on the experience I have received I would not recommend
