The Roof Doctor to the rescue! I posted my job out and Mike was quick to respond. Where others were quoting to (almost) dismantle my chimney, put a membrane where there wasn't one and put a thicker lead flashing on, Mike saw that three sides of my chimney were fine as they are and that there was a hole that just needed to be properly filled with mortar. He did that, and applied flashing tape with a blow torch.Honesty. A good price. And a 3yr warranty on his work!
