Patrick was fantastic. On time, clean, dealt with a problematic birds nests. He then carried out a mini cam chimney survey to ensure all was clear. Finally, he fitted a cowl to ensure the birds don’t come back.

Patrick has done an amazing installation for us. Professional, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even down to after care, Patrick said ‘do not struggle with your fire message me’.

Installed a stove in one of our houses in Billinge. Fantastic service, minimal mess. Had a couple of minor issues after installation which were quickly rectified. Quote was very detailed and everything explained, we had a few other companies that just gave a price with no explanation of where it had come from, which we didn't trust. Would definitely use Aspinalls again.

Patrick & Co did a sterling job preparing our fireplace and installing the stove, flue liner etc. Advice was candid and open-minded throughout and it was reassuring to talk to a professional who clearly commands a deep knowledge of his subject. We were left with a clean and fully finished installion, with comprehensive instructions on usage.I knew there was a waiting list at the outset (going into winter) but based on the existing reviews, I decided to take this as a positive indicator of a team in demand. I wasn't wrong.Recommended without reservation.

I used these guys to recently install a multifuel stove which I bought elsewhere. Of all the people who quoted Patrick put it in writing without hesitation and stuck to his quote., no matter what problems he encountered.All the other people who quoted, were very reluctantant to give any quotes in writing; one even wanted half the estimate paying up front!! All of my concerns and requests were met with a can do attitude. They turned up promptly at the arranged time, were polite always, well humoured, and didnt have any problems answering my questions or letting me photograph their progress.If I ever wanted it doing again I would use them again. They sell fuel be it wood or smokeless coals all delivered with the same enthusiasm by his Father . Five star and then some ...
