Had our bungalow recarpeted over 2 days by Philip's flooring and there is only 2 words to describe the price, service and outstanding work of the fitters - Fabulous and Amazing. The standard of workmanship, politeness and helpfulness is way over 5 stars. Thanks Guys !!

We recently had new carpets put down, great service, carpets look lovely, they even vacuumed the carpets after for us so couldn't fault their service although we was told they'd be with us by 10.30 and was more 11. My only criticism is we was told new grippers and door bars would be put down (this was one of their selling points when we went into the show room) and we realised after fitting this wasn't the case as our old ones had been used and not replaced. In fairness to the company ours were good condition but I feel as it said they would be included they really should have asked or told us at the time of fitting instead of not saying anything as Google does suggest ideally they should be changed everytime which ideally we would have wanted but again ours were in good condition. The company admitted to not replacing them due to saying ours were in good condition when we raised it before paying. I just feel if your using it as a selling point you really do need to change or at least tell your customers your not going tobd doing it, as its a little misleading when your led to believe from your quotes that they come with it. Just a point I think the company should consider, and is just a suggestion but maybe changing your quotes to say if required" might be better wording. Another suggestion and this is just my preference to have the prices of your carpets on the top near the descriptions and not underneath each stack of carpets as it makes it hard to consider prices and it's mega effort lifting them all up everytime. The girl though in the showroom was helpful and friendly and the two fitters were friendly as well."

Great flooring and kind poeple work there. But I'll re write it once they have layed my floors lol.
