Great service, the manager was very friendly and extremely helpful. Traditional places are far and few between and we need to keep them alive!!

Worst experience. They wasted my 3 pair of scrubs. No customer support. I don’t think they have experience in doing this work. They will just follow our comments, no professional work

Now moved from Frogmore to Bridge St opposite the bus station.I took a much loved leather jacket for repair of a cigarette burn, without much hope. The result exceeded expectations and I now have a wearable jacket. I am delighted.Thank you for doing a great job at a reasonable price.

1. Rude2. Did not fix the item of clothing properly.3. Charged for a terrible service.4. Obnoxious and bad mannered.5. Talked badly about a customer in front of them in a different language.6. Lied and very unhelpful.I would NEVER recommend anyone use this awful company. I used them once and that will be the only time. I regret giving them any of my money. Don't use this awful shop.

I've been here 3 times for different items. I've thought he was pretty good.On my last visit, he just refused to listen to how I didn't like the cut of the trousers. He was adamant he didn't do anything wrong when he first tailored it (which he didnt) but he continued to refuse to look into how I wanted to change it.He was very rude and very dismissive.Very disappointing service been here a lot in the past and never again!Took my trousers to another tailor, she did mention that it didn't need to be changed but she understood the different style I could. It looks much better now. She also noticed the stitching previous was of poor quality.

Had 4 pairs of suit trousers altered. The ladies were lovely and individually fitted each one. They were flexible on the day for collection. When i did collect, each one fitted perfectly. Couldn't be happier! I will be returning. Good value for money too.

Absolutely excellent tailors. Very reasonable prices. They have taken up and adjusted many of my dresses and husbands suits. Exceptional standard and very helpful, friendly staff. I would highly recommend them for any clothing alterations or repair!

Excellent local business. They did my girlfriend’s bridesmaid dress for a wedding in April and altered my suit to fit perfectly. I have gone back ever since to get new suits altered and have always been satisfied by the service, price and speed with which Express Tailoring operates. Keep up the good work!
