With an industry fraught with terribles - this is a company that I have been with for many many years. We upgrade the photocopiers through them and they honor lease obligations. Sales people are pushy - but NOT overly so. Just healthily so as any successful business should be. Photocopier maintenance is done promptly and never cheaply or in ways to cut costs. As our maintenance is by the page - you don't want repairs to be done cheaply. They have never used underhanded techniques with our company. They are tolerant even hen we are not specific and say photocopies are not very clear. No issues, they come and change parts and photocopies are crisp and clear. Our business is built on print quality, so they have a lot to do with our success rate them 5 star and we wish them the very best.

As a small/medium charity we needed to ensure that we were treated fairly and offered best pricing, I have been liaising with Ross Tillman who came out to see us to make sure that the printers would meet our company needs and to explain the process thoroughly. So far so good, our printers have arrived, the engineers have installed and dates have been arranged for training.Thank you Insights Systems/Ross for making this a painless process.

It's worth writing a review for company that has gone above and beyond for business. I struggled with our last company getting the backup required when we had an issue. We now have great office printers and no issues.
