I purchased a Volvo XC90 from DPC. They are professional and supportive. Since they are the RAC-approved dealer, I have been given 3-year RAC warranty at a reasonable price. There were some issues with the car noticed in a week and picked up in the Volvo health check, the concerns were raised and the dealership sorted it out in a professional way.So I am happy to give a 5-star rating and will consider them for future car.

Absolutely great service. No pushy sales tactics, just handed the keys and left to look around the vehicle at my own pace.Managed to purchase the vehicle same day and due to it being kept immaculately clean was available later that same day for home delivery.

I bought my BMW X4 from Prestige Cars a couple of weeks ago and I absolutely love it. They have a good selection of high quality cars in stock that stand out from the crowd (my X4 certainly catches the eye of passers by). The gentleman I dealt with was extremely helpful and informative and they've maintained good communication before my purchase and in the couple of weeks since. Highly recommended dealer.

I Had a deal with these guys to purchase a vehicle they couldn't have been more helpful to start with in the initial negotiation and were very easy to talk with but told them i had to get a loan for payment of the vehicle and that it would be sorted the following day this was all agreed, i then called up the following day to say I had got the money and it was all sorted to come down for the vehicle to be told it was no longer available and there was someone else coming! Very poor customer service!!!

They were very honest and genuine, and even offered to deliver it to me the same day, 70 miles away, at a very small cost. Their confidence in their product was such that they drove the car themselves, and had to return all the way back for a family gathering. We wanted to replace one of our cars but I was a bit dubious about buying a car online. However, they had the model we wanted with the right spec and at a good price. I did my homework and called them up. They gave me an honest description of the car (I know that now but didn't at the time!). They gave me the registration and VIN so I could check the service history and any warranty work and recalls with the main dealer. Everything checked out.We live about 600 miles away and both my wife and I are disabled and unable to easily undertake a journey of that distance so they offered to deliver the car for a nominal cost.The purchase was very straightforward and they sorted everything out for us. The driver contacted us a couple of times en route to keep us apprised of his progress and the car was with us within 24 hours of ordering. You can't beat that for service.Everyone I spoke to there was polite and professional and I would definitely buy from them again if they have the right car.Looking at their website, the stock turns around quite quickly so they must be doing something right!Thank guys!
