Absolute disgrace of a company. Took a month to register then the £20 credit as apology never got credited.My first reservation was very difficult to find and couldn't start as the customer service agent was very unhelpful.The second car reservation was not there when I arrived. I had to wait 40 minutes in the freezing cold to get a taxi to pick up a van as that's all they had left. (Refund for fuel and taxis took longer than it should as well).Third reservation was an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I booked for Christmas day and had concerns as I've had nothing but trouble before with them. I emailed 5 days prior to check I could access the car. No reply. I called in advance and was assured I would have access to the car. On Christmas day I get there and the car park is locked and I cannot access the car. After a while on hold the first person I got through to hung up on me. Then they couldn't find any cars so I was left having to make alternative arrangements since my entire day's plans depended on being able to drive. I haven't been offered a refund yet but will certainly be escalating this.NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Wish I could do 0 stars.
