This review is long overdue as I had my new roof done last year. John and his crew were very professional and skilled, I would highly recommend them. The price that I got quoted was very affordable as well. This year we had an issue with the new roof where one of the roof tiles was cracked, I rung John and he was quick to come and sort it. A nice well run team.

After discovering a leak in the roof of our barn conversion we employed JR Property Maintenance to fit new breathable roofing membrane, battens, tiles and lead valleys to part of our property.They did an excellent job and the workmen were tidy, trustworthy and friendly. It turned out that we needed a new Velux window as well, and they fitted one, together with a blind in addition to the work we agreed.Given the issues with supply of materials in 2022 the job did take longer than first anticipated, but there were no unexplained delays.We are very happy with their work and would employ them again with confidence. Their prices are fair and the original quote we were given was adhered to.

Ridges needed resetting along the top of the roof. Great job as all removed , cleaned up and set back in place on a solid foundation, very tidy professional work and all cleaned up afterwards. Will be my go to for any future roof issues .Many Thanks Pete

From start to finish, a very professional job done. I really liked the fact that they showed me exactly what the problem was by way of videoing the roof. Then, throughout the job I kept being sent photos of the work done before and after. All the work was done within the time scale. Thank you.

We have just moved into our first home, which has needed a lot of work. John and the team have been life-savers! They started work promptly, gave great advise and have done beautiful clean work.We have had 20 x 90ft trees removed from our garden, new guttering and fascias installed, our chimney repaired, brickwork re-pointed, repair to our roof, as well as a new porch installed.Couldn't be happier with the work the guys have done, lovely to work with!

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - they did a fantastic job of installing new facials, soffits and guttering and carried out a thorough repair to the roof. They were very courteous, turned up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was happy throughout all stages of the work process and I’m very pleased with the results.

I am so happy with my new roof! I also decided to replace my garage roof at the last minute. That wasn't a problem and was also soon completed. A great job done by a friendly and very hard working team. John aimed to please and nothing was too much trouble for him. I would definitely recommend JR Property Maintenance.

Very nice and friendly guy . No job too big or small for him. He came to clean my gutters very quickly. Then he notice my Kitchen roof needed rebeding so he complete that task. Some fence panels fell down with the wind so he put news ones in and fixed it for me. He also took out some trees in the garden. He’s been very helpful to me.
