I am going to write a completely honest review despite the cutter being very friendly and gender affirming person which is lovely, but the many times I've come to this place ( 3 times in total?), I am always so dissatisfied. I am sorry but it is the truth. The person is lovely but every time I ask for a short wolfcut hair, it does not turn out well. They always cut too much hair off even though I always give specific lengths and details of how I want my wolfcut to be. I do not leave the hairsalon feeling confident and refreshed at all but rather ashamed of my hair.I do have anxiety, but regardless I always speak up to ensure it is a certain way because it costs me money everytime, and when I state how to be, they end up always cutting too much off and my layers never blend. The thing about wolfcut is that it has to really have blended layers and has to be cut a certain way - it's a complex style, especially if you have very straight hair like myself. And the third time I came here I was too dissatisfied but it was the worst of all, all my layers were blunt and stuck out like an eyesore. This happened more than once too... I even told the person to please go back and measure my layers, and even out the layers so it blends or I'll just look like a square mushroom, but he told me it is fine the way it is " even though I spoke up displeased despite my anxiety. It felt like he just rushed it and didn't care because another person was waiting. Which isn't good enough

Ste was lovely and chill and made me feel really comfortable. My first haircut in 2 years but now I'm definitely going to be going back more often!Had a cut and partial shave, Ste really listened to what I was after and made sure I was happy throughout the cut. Thanks Ste!

Steve is a cool dude in a chilled environment and always delivers what you want - a great haircut!

Didn't get what I asked for, Absolutely butchered my hair. Showed a photo reference and they completely ignored what I showed.

As someone that has great anxiety over minuscule things, Steve has helped me tremendously. Not only is he receptive and inclusive of everybody that walks through his doors but he is talented AF and works quickly while upholding the most sickening heights of standards.I love my hair and I won’t go anywhere else.Thank you!!!

Steve is friendly and understands his customers very well. He tries to engage with his customers throughout the haircut. He is very good at his job. Wasn't disappointed at all. Had a good experience overall.

Steve is probably my favorite hairdresser I've ever gone to & I can't see myself going to anyone else tbh, did my hair exactly how I asked which is so rare, most hairdressers just do what they think is best, Steve not only listens but creates such a peaceful and welcoming environment.

The best barber around. Still travelling from London to get haircuts here!
