Keenans Estate Agents - Burnley Branch

Extremely poor service and very disappointed.I booked a viewing 1 week in advance as i was travelling from West Yorkshire to Burnley to view a property. Even got a call in the morning of the viewing to check i was still attending, which i was.Once i got to the viewing on time with the estate agent, we were told we couldn't enter the property due to the tenant not being aware that a booking was in place?The estate agent didn't try to resolve the issue at all and basically shrugged his shoulders. The whole thing must have lasted about 3 mins and then it was we can't do anything for you.... bye.I had driven a 2 hour round trip to be told this. They knew i was coming all the way from West Yorkshire. Shocking, to say the least! AVOID AT ALL COST!

My company provides professional services to Keenans, as we do to a number of Agents. From my experience I have found Keenans to be a great business to work for. I have worked closely with Joe Worthington in particular, I have always found him to be very professional, polite organasied and attentive to my needs, which I know isn't easy given how busy he is! The service myself and my siblings received from Keenans was exceptional.Unfortunately, we lost our mum and dad within 12 weeks of each other, as I was the only sibling living locally, I sourced an estate agent and chose Keenans.All the team, particularly at the Barnoldswick office were friendly, helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process of selling our late parents houseWe had multiple viewings, all carried out by them, as I have restricted mobility issues.If ever I had any questions or concerns they were dealt with.The house sold very quickly, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Keenans.As I said, the whole team at the Barnoldswick office were a pleasure to deal with.

Great team and experience so far! From Abi who always gets bookings in fast and efficiently to Andy who always has a smile on his face whilst showing me the properties. Would highly recommend!

I used Keenan’s recently for a property I was selling, the service was top notch, Chloe was brilliant she was very efficient, the marketing material was brilliant from the photos to the video showing the key points of the property! I would highly recommend using this agent for buying and selling your property.

Really poor communication from this branch.Don’t call back when they say they will .. don’t send email when they say they will ..Very little interest if you have an issue .. just expect you to chase contractors and arrange getting things fixed.No follow up calls checking everything’s sorted and the customers happy.Just a very basic level of customer service would be nice .. as it is clear that based on service received so Far .. this is the best I can hope for.

great experience with Keenans Estate Agents, they have sold 2 properties for me now, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Lewis in particular was very helpful.

Lewis Usher and his team were amazing when I was selling my dads house, it was a very emotional time for me and they were with me every step if the way, I cannot thank them enough, they sold my dads house very quickly and made everything very straightforward for me.I would highly recommend keenans they are great.

Keenans have provided me excellent service as a Landlord. They are professional, helpful and ‘down to Earth’. I have had regular dealings with Kam and more recently with Joe. They are throughly reliable, professional and supportive. If any issues arises they are quick to resolve it. In an example from today, when an issue arose, Kam has immediately resolved it and within a matter of minutes. This has been the case on each occasion. This is extremely helpful when such issues arise and I am very grateful for this type of approach. It is commendable and builds long term relationships with confidence.

KEENANS valued my house perfectly and were honest and helpful throughout the process. Communication was fantastic and they sold my home within 11 days! 10/10
