Great charity doing amazing things for the betterment of people's lives. A great company behind it running it, and a great bunch of people who work there. All of whom are super friendly and helpful.

To whom this may concern.I don’t normally leave reviews, however, I feel I need to based on my experience this morning.I had been trying to contact Motability Insurance re making an amendment to my policy. I searched the web for contact number. There were a few options, one of which was customer service, which is the option that I chose via email. A while later I received a reply stating that I had contacted the wrong department and in this message was a contact no. that I called, again I was told that I had come through to Customer Service, Insurance and was informed that they do not deal with Motability and that I should look up the contact details via ‘google’. I searched on google, but when it came to the contact, it was the same as what I had previously. I continued searching and called a different phone number, but still customer service. I explained the situation and was put through to another person, whom I later got to know as Jo L (JoL for short). JoL was considerate and showed empathy when I explained my experience.JoL listened and responded in a respectful manner that, I felt, was appropriately and based on our conversation, which was relaxed and I felt I had an ‘Excellent’ customer service experience during our conversation and therefore very happy to provide “Feedback on an individual basis”.I had asked JoL if there is a feedback form or anyway I can leave a positive feedback on her very good communication skill and that it was demonstrated and evident that she is a ‘People Person’, which in my opinion cannot be taught, especially in a genuine way.If the call was recorded, I would be happy for it to be used as an example of part of a ‘Best Practice’ in ‘Good Customer Service’ package.I would like to say again, to JoL, thank you very much and I hope you receive some kind of recognition as a valued staff member for the service that you provided.I know this feedback is quite long, but I believe it needed to be said from a customers prospective to let JoL know this call is a success.Kind RegardsSonia Brown
