Iliyan Pelovski was excellent. Worked very hard and efficiently. Is very honest and is committed to doing the job to its best potential. His range of skills and work contacts is very good too, enabling him to take on a very useful variety of tasks. He has a good spectrum of experience.We were delighted with his work and his pride in that work and we found him to be personable, friendly and obliging too.We recommend him!!!

IliyanI will give this builder a 5 star.He was very reliable, on time and work was completed to a very high standard.After each day that he was working on my property he would ensure that the area was cleaned and kept clean after each day.As most of us know when you start something there is always the possibility of finding that there is something else which will need correcting behind it.Iliyan to keep up his high standards work would discuss these issues with you first before proceeding.He always looks to purchase the best materials suited for the job.If ever needed I would defiantly use his building services and skills again.Mr G Thompson

Ilyan was recommended to us by our now very overbooked very professional decorator who has worked for us on a regular basis over 30 years and was not available again for some time . What started as a two room “job” ended up as a 6 week refurbishment carried out in an extremely professional way. No job too big or too small. Excellent wallpapering. Very satisfied and can only recommend further.

Iliyan’s services were recommended by a friend so we used him to re-tile our bathroom. He did such a good job we contracted him to come back and re-decorate the front of our 4 storey victorian house and front wall. Iliyan’s work is very good and he really pays attention to details. We’ve had so many compliments on our house since. He is a very friendly and pleasant man to have in your home I can’t recommend him enough. We will be sure to use again in the future!

We have just finished a complete bathroom refurbishment.
