I am happy with my car from PV, what I am not happy with is the lack of communication and the length of time it takes getting things done. It's a 70ml round trip each time to get work needing done under warranty. If I hadn't 'popped in' would they ever have contacted me I wonder.

Terrible service, purchased a car in May.When I collected it there were several faults and only 1 key worked!Staff have been rude and lied to me!On my 3rd time sitting in Aberdeen and STILL no resolution.This was yet another BOOKED appointment!!They don’t phone back when promised and generally give you the run around.Basically once they have your money they do not care!So far have waisted 2 days sitting around waiting for them in uncomfortable chairs in the showroom!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!A category of poor experiences. Bought a car from a branch down south. Was offered no test drive and after informing the Aberdeen branch I was unhappy after just 2 days and I wanted to swap out my car (WHILE KEEPING MY BUSINESS WITH PETER VARDY!!!!) I was informed that I had to essentially trade in my vehicle and I had lost £1000.00 in 2 days. New car was then late with absolutely no communication, you would think given the circumstances they might have gone the extra mile. Not only this however I then received a call 2 days after I handed my old car in advising me of damage on my car that I was liable for but this wasnt picked up during the handover. As a result of this, I am still waiting for my V5C and after logging and official complaint, haven't heard a peep and still no V5C.Will never be back and would encourage everyone else to avoid this place like the plague.

Bought a car back in January, within a week I started having problems with it. They tried to make me pay for repairs totalling to around £400 within 2 weeks of purchase (even though I had warranty). Only after lots of arguing would they then cover cost. The car was in and out the garage over the following months, one time lasting 10 days before I called and was told the parts never arrived and I’m to come get the car, the person on phone themself expressing confusion as to why my car had been left there for nearly 2 weeks for no reason. They go on about cars being given a 100 point check etc which is clearly rubbish. If you want a reliable car and good customer service maybe give Arnold Clark a call instead as this lot just take your money and run.

Do not buy a car from Peter Vardy! All the company are worried about is taking your money. I have had problems previously with a car I got from them and stupidly bought from them again, I should have trusted my instincts and went to another car dealer. Their aftercare is absolutely shocking! If you have a problem they are unwilling to help you.

Good evening,I decided to write to you seeking for any Petervardy responsible manager to help me in my issue with Aberdeen services team.i am new in Aberdeen and when i arrived it was recommended from my colleague to buy a car from Petervardy as they are one of good repetition companies. I bought a car from PeterVardy with 3 years warranty.last year i did all my car services with their garage.One month ago, i had an issue with my car. i gave it to them Aberdeen team. Since that day which is 4th of November until now. i call them at least 3 days a week several times in these 3 days. Never gave me clear response.first 2 weeks they are waiting for replaced parts, 2 weeks waiting for a tool to use it to fix these parts and today the tool that they kept me waiting for 2 weeks is not the right tool & now there is no expected date to have that tool or when i will have my car fixed????There is is no transparency, no client respect, no time values and also, they were not honest.they did not fulfill the contact condition by providing and replacement car and they are showed careless reaction to fix me car.I am really hoping that there is someone who could read my message and pass it to whom concern to see how Petervardy client are dealing by Petervardy services staff.unfortunately, the advice i received from my colleague was not right and i really felt that was a mistake that i should make sure my other colleagues will not do it.

Please exercise caution with this company. In June 2022, I purchased a car for my wife, which was advertised to include a 3-year service plan and an MOT. However, when the first anniversary of the car approached, no MOT reminder was issued, and we were compelled to seek the service elsewhere. Furthermore, the first-year service date has elapsed without any correspondence from the company.I contacted the company today and was initially informed that our account needed a service plan. Upon further inquiry, the adviser apologetically acknowledged a system error that prevented the visibility of our service plan. She then stated that the service plan we received was merely an interim one, as opposed to a full service, which contradicts the contract document we possess that does not specify 'interim'.Presently, the car is displaying a warning light indicating the need for an oil change. Despite this, the earliest appointment offered to us is a month away. When I questioned the safety of driving the car in its current condition, the adviser abruptly terminated the call and failed to follow up.

1 STAR is too many!!!!My husband phoned in October to book his MG5EV in for a service. The first available time & date was 11th December at 9.45am. So on that date we drove 50 miles to get to Aberdeen in plenty of time for the appointment. We went into the premises & stopped to look for a parking space only to be shouted at by one of staff that we couldn't park there & he gestured to an area with his arms. Good start!Once parked we went into the building. No signs to reception, service area or anywhere. We caught the eye of one of the many staff & he directed us to the service area, adding they were very busy just now. We waited, along with others, at an empty desk & watched numerous staff wandering about completely ignoring everyone. My husband eventually got served only to be told it would the afternoon sometime before the car was serviced. When he said the appointment was for 9.45 he was informed this was only a drop off time!! It would have been nice to have been told this information at the time of booking but we weren't! Due to the nature of his work we did not have the time to hang around Aberdeen until whatever time they felt like doing the work so he cancelled the service. We definitely will not be going back, one of the worst experiences of customer service we have ever encountered.
