I worked with Andrew at a recent wedding at Achnagairn House in Inverness and he was a pleasure to work with and he did a great job. Very unobtrusive and we worked well together

I booked Erin Rose after seeing the wedding video they made for my friends as it was beautiful. We received our short film the week after when on our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. The full film arrived in great time and is something we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Absolutely delighted with the service and the film.

Beware of using this company.The most important thing about this feedback is that I'm leaving it for the second time. Erin Rose deleted all feedback from their Facebook page because of how many customers they had disappointed.We were married in 2015 and it took almost a year to get our wedding video. In total it took 50 weeks. We heard all the excuses under the sun and even had numerous emails ignored completely. Unprofessional doesn't quite cover it. I was really disappointed to hear a colleague mention Erin Rose only to see they have removed all feedback from their Facebook page. Not only is this deceitful but it is misleading for other potential customers. Anyone who chooses this company should do so with the benefit of the complete picture. We also weren't alone when we were let down.

We chose Erin Rose films to capture our wedding day in June.Andrew was amazing from start to finish. Great energy to be around and really kept us calm throughout and was extremely subtle and non-intrusive. You barely know he is there!Andrew's communication leading up to the day was fantastic and we had a chat about a month prior to go through everything we wanted him to catch for the film.He arrived promptly on the day and filmed bridal preparations seperate from the venue, then went to the venue to do some venue/drone shots, the groom and best men and the guests arriving.He stayed all day until the first dance and the first few songs the band played.I recieved the montage 1 week post-wedding then the full film 3 months post- wedding.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Andrew to other couples thinking about booking a wedding video. It is without doubt the best decision we made. Watching back the film was a great way to relive the day and see all the bits we missed, we also have all of our speeches to look back on which is lovely. Thank you so much to Erin Rose films for doing such a fantastic, professional job.

Erin Rose filmed our wedding in June 2021. We were very impressed with the quality and flexibility to accommodate not only multiple date changes but also edit requests which were made in a very timely fashion. Furthermore Andrew was a good laugh which helped keep us both at ease throughout the day and worked well with our other vendors. Thank you for capturing our day!

If you want a different take on your wedding day than the bog standard wedding video... Erin Rose Films are for you.They understood what I was looking for with my Tim Burton themed wedding and absolutely nailed it!You may forget they are there on your special day as they blend in seemlessly (so if your camera shy dont worry) but you definately will not forget the hard work and determination Erin Rose Films put into helping you record those vital special moments and core memories.From first booking Erin Rose films keep you in the loop and have meetings with you along the way to ensure everything is exactly how you want it to be.I cannot wait to see the final result after the unedited snippets I have already seen which mindblowingly looked edited!Thank you so much for being such a memorable part of our wedding day x

STAY AWAY from this company!!Booking them for my wedding was the biggest regret I have. Despite a signed contract saying I would have my full video in 45 days it took over a year! And when I finally got it the quality was terrible, it was filmed as if we didn’t have one single guest at the wedding! Not even a shot of my mother in the whole film! It’s devastating. The communication was atrocious throughout.I can’t warn brides enough to stay away from this company!

Unfortunately I have to leave only one star (this is for my highlights video which I have seen and enjoyed). Andrew came to film my wedding on 26 March 2016 and I still have not received my full wedding film from the company a year and a half later. Not only this, but I have stopped receiving any kind of direct correspondence from the company when I enquire about my film and cannot get through to them on the phone. This is very concerning, and unfortunately means that unless I receive a response, I will be forced into taking more serious action against the company.
