Q-Park Piazza
I only booked this car park as the Alan hotel recommended it and offered a discount to hotel guests. Very small 2 level car park with super tight spaces. Not helped by many selfish people with an inability to park in one spot. We dropped lucky and got a place after driving round multiple times like many other people were doing. When you pay in advance you think you've been sold a parking spot and clearly in this place you haven't. It's just a gamble as to whether you'll get parked or not. Wouldn't use again.

I came back to my car to find all the windows open and every compartment / glove box in my car opened and rifled through. Thankfully, as I leave nothing valuable in my car, nothing was taken. But it was an awful experience. The staff member onsite was quick to support but often dropped a few hints that I may have accidentally left every single window in my car open (I did not) or that I may have accidentally activated the open all windows function (I didn’t). So that really was extremely upsetting to get immediately victim-blamed. But I appreciated his communication with me via phone and email to check the CCTV. Turns out the cameras are on motion-sensors, so if criminals avoid getting too close to the cameras (!!!) they won’t pick up any activity. Still not sure who got into my car and why, but I know I definitely won’t be parking in a Q-Park anymore.

Awful experience with this car park. Booked and paid for weekend parking in this cat park. Arrived to be stopped at the entrance and told there were no spaces. They allowed us in but said we may have to wait till some leaves. When finally parked spaces were so tight had to exit the vehicle from the boot, and we were not the only ons. Avoid!

Worst car park I have ever used, £32 for 24 hours and after parting with £32 of my hard earned cash I had to climb in through the boot of my car to get in as the spaces are far too tight! Then couldn’t get out of the space without doing a 32 point turn and nearly wedging my car in the car park. Luckily we are quite young and nimble, if not we would have been waiting days to get into our car as the doors didn’t have space to open. Never again!

Booked a space for a night at the theatre last night. However, when I arrived there was two separate spaces free, which would have been great if I was in a smart car but in my Golf it was an extremely tight squeeze. The first space I tried the only option would have been to go in forward and climb out my boot, so I went for the second option. That was still so tight that I had to climb into the back of car and exit the rear drivers side to get out. I didn’t have time to find another car park as we had tickets for the theatre. Q park should not allow entry into the car park unless there are enough free parking spaces.

I’ve happily used Q Park in other locations many times but this one has to be the worst car park I’ve ever used bar none. If you drive anything larger than a mini then avoid; the spaces are far too small and the turning space to get out is too tight. Be prepared to have to limbo out of your car and perform a 50 point turn trying to get out. I didn’t get out scuff free but you can by going somewhere else.

The pre paid number plate recognition worked well. Handy location. The spaces are just far too small , unless you are some sort of contortionist I wouldn’t use that car park again. Virtually impossible to get in and out of car, would rather pay more and not worry about people damaging car with their doors.

The worst car park I have been to. We prepaid on parking and the parking was capacity. The parking bays are so tiny we had to move the car out and get out early to get out and vice versa to get in. Avoid unless you would like to risk your car getting scratches, want to over pay for parking, and have a stressful time in Manchester

- Easy to find.- A good location.- Convenient to use.- Some spaces are generous while some are tight, you might want to check out the pictures as they show different parking slots.

Never felt moved to review a car park before but this is shockingly bad. Like all the other reviews state, the spaces and aisles are absurdly narrow and you can see dents/scrapes on all the walls and pillars. They keep letting more and more cars in when there are clearly no spaces and there's already dozens of cars fruitlessly circling. Upon giving up after several circuits and deciding to leave, you're stuck in a queue for the single exit barrier, desperately hoping to get out before you're automatically charged. To add an extra challenge, many of the signs are only in Chinese.
