Excellent experience with this dealer, from the money offered for the part exchange to the deal itself. I bought a 2016 Kia Carens because I needed a 7 seater due to the family increasing, Justin and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, supportive and got me to pay less that I was expecting. Even when the deal was already made, they asked me to collect it a couple days later so they could fully service it and give it a full valet. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to change cars, to try Autocar NI.Personally it was a great experience and will go back when the time comes.

*Fraudulent dealer who tells lies - stay away*. Purchased a 2012 Ford Focus off Justin in March 2022. Agreed he would change the timing belt and stamped book to that effect. 20,000 miles later the timing belt snapped - completely ruining engine, investigations proved the timing belt had not been changed as original ford stamped timing belt on vehicle. Currently being investigated on a criminal level. Typical worming out off the issue and passing on blame to someone else. Do not waste your money with this crook. AVOID.
