Liverpool Gin Distillery
We had a fantastic time at the Liverpool Gin Distillery in December 2022. We booked onto the gin tasting tour and had a great experience there, with some lovely gins to try with accompanying tonics and garnishes to enhance the flavours further.The place itself is beautiful and the large copper still at the side of the bar is a fantastic sight.Well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantastic place and we really enjoyed our experience learning about how gin is made. The lad who showed us was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of insight into the way that the gin is distilled and it was really scientific! I loved it! We were lucky that we were the only ones in on the day we did the gin making but it was awesome. Couple that with good tasters throughout the day and a beautiful bar. Awesome venue!

Would recommend the Gin Making Experience to anyone. Absolutely exceeded expectations, thanks to our host Sam. We sampled a lot of gin, made our own recipe and labelled it - 100% great value. Was £70 for a couple but well worth it

Liverpool Gin Distillery
Happened across this gin bar on the way to a restaurant and had to stop in. The lady who served me was just lovely. It was her first day and she couldn't do enough to make me feel welcome and learn the ropes. Kudos to her. She is an asset to any company! Loved the gin selection and cocktail menu. I will definitely go back if I happen to be in the area again again!

Perfect bar located on Castle Street. Visited on Friday for afternoon cocktails. Drinks were lovely and relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend and visit again

Loved it!The staff are excellent, explaining what pairing to take with which gin.We had the Liverpool Organic Gin with plain premium Fever-Tree Tonic and London Organic Rose Petal with Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic and edible flowers.The establishment itself is wonderful inside with the Gin bar upstairs and the new Dark Spirits bar downstairs (not quite open when we visited).Of course, we came away with 2 bottles - one Rose Petal and the other the Limited Edition (white ceramic bottle) featuring the Cunard Building on the Liverpool Organic Gin bottle.Definitely a place to revisit!

Sam helped myself and my sister who has severe sight problems through the process of making a bottle of gin. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.Sam was very knowledgeable and friendly.All the staff made us feel welcome .Would highly recommend the gin experience to anyone thinking about it.
