Everything you want from a family arcade. Lots of arcade games to choose from, plenty of pool tables, really good bowling alley too, A variety of drinks available. Our go-to place for bowling, and one of my favourite arcades. Has everything you want.

We come here to play pool as it has eight tables and is usually easy to get a spot. Hollywood Bowl in Merry Hill only has three. Some fun memories here, and it's located right next to a bunch of eateries if you want food.

It was my nephews birthday,one of of barriers wouldn't rise and staff said they couldn't do anything,drinks ordered to table took 45 mins to come and drinks from previous group were left on table,overall poor service,do not recommend this place

Had a bowling party here yesterday, was a great morning and party hosts were good an really interacted with the children and joined in with the games and dances. 1 host was a bit rude and we wasn't allowed to finish our game as it went funny and staff said wasn't going to sort it out as the party should of finished which we wasn't happy about as the children wanted to see who had won!

Asked for hot water to make a baby bottle, was told this wasn't allowed because it was against company policy? Asked why, was told that they don't have the hot water facilities and we're not allowed to use the water they use to make got drinks with? Had to go to the harvester for water to make my son a bottle. Absolutely shocking for a company that promotes 'family' entertainment.No a single baby bottle warmer or facility to make a baby's bottle. Baby changing unit was dirty also needed a good clean!

Been here a few times. Passes the time with the kids. I've found it's best to go earlier in the mornings before the kids' birthday parties start and you have to put up with bad etiquette from people in adjoining lanes.A few arcade machines and food area as well, so can do a few things outside of bowling. Plenty of parking too.

Took our grandson for a couple of games he absolutely loved it, he had burger and chips halfway through and surprisingly ate the lot. Will definitely be visiting again.

The party was amazing. The party girls were phenomenal and looked after us from start to finish. We got so much for the money.Even though the parties are early there weren’t many people in there so you can actually get more enjoyment
