Drivers using their phone while driving to use google translate like I can’t see what they’re doing, I’m paying for a service where my life is in your hands if you loose concentration let alone to say it’s illegal. This is just weeks after constantly being sent cars where drivers had been smoking in them before picking me up, made two complaints one day as it got to the point of taking the piss, to have my card blocked, and then unblocked after they realised I could go to the council.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS TAXI COMPANY! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT EVEN PICK YOU UP. Had a taxi booked for midnight on Thursday and the company sent it on Wednesday at midnight as apparently Thurs 14th at midnight is actually Wednesday 13th according to them and now will not refund my money. They are very, very un-helpful. I will also be posting this all over social media to ensure people are aware of the none-service they provide!! If I could give 0 stars I would. This was booked on line through taxi code so you have been warned.

I’ve booked a cab for a selective time and price. The cab came at the wrong time, so I called back and asked if they can inform the driver.l to the right time. I also for the second time to re-confirmed the price of £9.My partner then got in the cab, and when she completed the cab journey, she was then asked to pay £10. At no point where we informed of any increase in price from the two members of staff over the phone. In addition to this, I then called the cab company team back, spoke to the same lady, who then denied answered, I’ve been under quoted for the journey to which I responded that’s the price we agreed changes were made a no one informed me what if I didn’t have the £10 she didn’t escalated me to, apparently part of management.This person was extremely unhelpful and was very confrontational to the point where he said he will hang up the call. I said can you please calm down I’m asking fair and reasonable questions as to why something has changed and no one informed me.I ask him to look back at the audio recordings he said it doesn’t matter. The price is the price I said even if I was quoted that price to start with by two separate members of staff.It’s not the fact that it’s £1 is the principle of something being changed and no one informing me of it. What if I only had nine pounds and was unable to pay it would’ve been a different situation. Leaving people in difficult and compromising is not right.

Ordered a taxi to take me to the airport and 4 minutes away from it Prius breaks down ( plate ending with JAV). Guy Said he can’t take me to airport anymore and he ordered another car.2nd driver went to my home location due to someones incompetence. Waited in total for 40 minutes, almost lost my flight and staff was very rude asking to pay again and nearly try to scamm me stating that there were no card payments done on the day, which really upset me.In the end they banned me from using the app. :) well done guys…Forgot to add that the broken down car, which couldn’t drive anymore also left once I got picked up by the 3rd driver…clearly some miracle happened there, unfortunately way to late

If I could give 0 stars I would love too, very rude operators illiterate, hardly understand English, talk over your voice and also threatened me to Barr my number cuz I was complaining about silly rude taxi driver who was shouting at me for no reason, I mean if they can’t handle complaint professionally maybe they need to close this taxi base then, they need to train there staff properly to speak in good manner with their regularly customers and take complaints seriously and also tell there weird drivers to deal with customers and kids on board respectfully, as a taxi driver they have the duty to take care of the safety of there passengers specially vulnerable ones. I am so upset as I am a regular customer despite their rude behaviour I go with them but this is it, had enough I believe in giving chances but I am not going to be ridicule. No one has right to raise there voice fr no reason and rather then dealing justifiably they deal unfairly and “say oh no passenger was late more then 5 mins, what about when they r late for more then 20mins they should also reduce the fare then? Stingy people I am so so frustrated the way I was dealt on Friday by a silly operator very rude tone n he kept calling me to argue with me, I mean this isn’t professional and he also said he will block my number, that’s very wrong n rude, kids can be delayed due to so much traffic in school and many times taxi drivers call me and ask my kids to be out of school so it’s convenient for them, I mean I don’t allow my kids out of sight due to my son being vulnerable, so they normally be near reception but silly taxi drivers everyday ask same question, I don’t understand why can’t they update their system and inform them before hand, few days back there was a taxi driver being rude to my kids they were so scared he didn’t know the way to our house, asking kids to guide him, I called to complain I hope they took it seriously, taxi drivers need to slow down an treat everyone respectfully it’s their job, it’s a lot money, I am not a rude person but when someone crosses there limit for no reason then I can’t help it

Quick spin from stopsley to town. Ordering taxi is now automated, but was still very easy. Taxi Arrived within minutes. The driver was so lovely. We had a good chat, which is nice and makes you feel welcome. Thank you for a pleasant journey!

Absolutely cannot recommend Go Cars high enough! It's more of a 5+I came out of Luton Airport and searched for a minicab on Google. They were there within 5 minutes on the August bank holiday. Sent me a WhatsApp message with a tracker to the car, a description of the make and the registration. Called me on route, called me when they arrived. Really polite and friendly driver helped me with my luggage there and when I got home. And also didn't charge more because it was a bank holiday, if anything they were cheaper than my cab to the airport! Must add that the car was lovely, clean, smelt nice and had a visible Go Cars on the tail end of the vehicle so it was easy to find. Seriously, I couldn't ask for more. Outstanding!!!
