Well organised loading and unloading. Departed and arrived on time. Nice and clean. Plenty of water bowls for dogs

Extremely efficient service. Clearly told of delays and which ferry we would be on outward. Arrived early for return and we we put on an earlier ferry. Weather not so good on return but you could see that everyone was making the crossing safe.

Easy to book. Easy to access and very short journey. Discount fares for members of CCC and tourists booking accommodation at the same time. Food and drink available on board and a small shop with good maps of the island. Toilets sign posted and clean.

The fairy was very smooth. I was worried that i may get sea sick on this 40-45 mins ride as I was pregnant when I get a chance to ride it, but it was very smooth and a comfortable ride. The car ferry that we rode had 5 decks. The top most known as the sun deck was for the passengers to enjoy the ride out in the sunny weather. It was a great experience.

We had a great experience on the ferry everyone helpful, polite, an easy to talk too.This was my first experience on a ferry and I loved it, on the way back we were able to get a ferry an hour before our boarding time, as we got the very early, they have a cafe on board that sell crisps, sandwiches and a drink, a bit expensive.

Sailed from Lymington to Yarmouth on the wightlink ferry on a day return.Great service bang on time in both directions. Staff were friendly and cheerful. Would recommend the service.

Great boating facilities... the best we found on the solent. Nice showers and loos, with decent hairdryers. However, not 24hrs, but roughly 6am till 10pm. Friendly staff too, can get coffee etc and a little gift shop as well.
