Worst chemist in Manchester. Owner is a rude, money grabbing bully. He made loads of customers wait ages today whilst he berated his staff about sales. Rude, horrible and obnoxious. Place is totally disorganised too. I've had to go there many times to sort out their mess.

Service here used to be excellent. Friendly helpful staff, and reliable. Recently however this has deteriorated. There is now always a queue in the shop and it's very slow moving as despite several staff in evidence there's usually only 1 or 2 serving customers. Today while I was waiting for my prescription I was asked 4 times if I wanted my blood pressure checked. 3 of these were by the same member of staff, who just continued to pester. I realise its a government initiative to ask customers this, but asking once should be sufficient. It would be more helpful to get the queue moving.

I used to use Lloyds pharmacy at Gorton market but there service was terrible, so I changed to Pharmaco a number of years ago and they were good. This has changed recently to a really slow service and always lack of stock.They have a sign up blaming , staffing, and branch merger since there refurb.They need to get there act together

Pharmaco have had staff sickness an shortages for over a month now. Ken the owner really ought to be getting more staff to deal with the increased workload instead of putting both his staff and his customers at risk. Think about it. A chemist full of the sickest people being made to wait for a considerable amount of time is going to aid in the spread of infections. If ken thought more of his staff given they are of sick and his customers who are using his chemist not his grocery store as he suggested I thought he was running. No I expect a professional chemist to aid and deal with some of the sickest people. If they have a prescription there is a reason for that. I saw patients leaving without their medication an ken didn't see an issue with that. Personally used this chemist since I was little an I am absolutely appauled how Ken is running it currently. Putting staff an customers at risk. Changed chemist. Would not recommend in its current state.

Generally a good pharmacy, been using them since the early 00's. Not a fan of the refurbishment as there nowhere to sit while waiting. I wanted for 55mins for my prescriptions (too long for me to stand) only to get home and be missing something out of the bag. I've rang 7 times and it's rung out each time. It's too much for me to go back today so will have to go back Monday.

Since the Audenshaw branch closed, this branch has been unable to cope. Every month my 82 year old dad is left without his meds, supposed to be delivered but always an excuse why they’re not. When you phone for assistance someone seems to hang up. Very poor service, not sure who’s to blame.Moving chemist
