Bought a bike recently and had to chase a number of days to get an update on when I could collect. There was no proactive aftersales engagement once I placed the order in store. Not the sort of customer service I expect when buying a new bike

I took delivery of a brand new Moto Guzzi V85TT yesterday purchased remotely from Global Moto / Colchester Kawasaki. Im so pleased with the bike, and especially with the service I received. From my first point of contact with Andy Smith, I was impressed. All my questions were answered promptly, I got a great trade in deal and a great price on the Guzzi. Quite simply, Andy really was superb. The bike was delivered from Coventry by Jake who was also brilliant. The hand over was professional and friendly, a top chap!!So, if your looking for a bike, give these guys a call, top service and top staff. Thanks again Andy and Jake !!
