Really lovely team! Had a very last minute booking and the team were great at facilitating me and giving a great service and taking their time to make sure I get everything I needed. Happiness was fantastic and really diligent in her work - will certainly return.

The ladies here are lovely and I had a pleasant experience the first time I visited. I had a pedicure with gel polish and a full set acrylics. However when I revisited to get an infill, I left disappointed and very frustrated as firstly; I didn’t get what I asked for and secondly within 10 minutes the sequins I had on two nails had com off leaving a bumpy finish. I had actually asked for one nail on either hand to have pink hearts painted on but the lady wasn't able to do this so suggested the sequins, I went with it as I had somewhere to be and was getting impatient. I was very upset as I am rarely able to get child care and had somewhere to be- otherwise I would have gone back. I had to file the nail down in order to make the nail look half decent as there were indents where the heart sequins were. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to come back and get it fixed and not sure if I want to as the job was messy and rushed to start with so will be going elsewhere from now on. In my 15 years of getting acrylic nails I have never experienced this and am now walking around with two index fingers missing an acrylic as they snapped off from the filing down (my fault) but had a night out so had to do something to make them look a little more presentable. It gets busy and seems like they are rushed, some nails were lopsided and the nail painting isn’t up to standards. All in all not really worth the money I paid and a waste of my time. I would say save your money and go elsewhere. (Photo is a week later)

Asked them to do gel nail extension and I got acrylic with tips,not gel. They said gel powder,gel is gel and needs to be curve under uv/led light not on air. What if I'll have an allergic reaction for acrylic ? And the price was more than on the list.

I'm not please with my nails, I don't know if the person attended to me don't understand my language, also they should stop talking when attending to customer, not all of them are professional.

I always get my nails done with Mai Lee she takes care and comes up with unique designs service is great.. All the ladies are friendly

I had a pedicure today, I booked last minute and they accommodated me. The pedicure was very thorough and I am pleased with how smooth my feet feel. I’ll be back soon for more treatments thank you. Vanya

My first time at this salon and would have loved to gave given it 5 stars but it was just a disappointing experience for me!Booked an appointment for 1pm and arrived 1.06pm as I couldn't find the place (rang them as I was lost). When I arrived I saw they were busy and asked how long it would be, she said half an hour. Okay fine, I said I'd go shopping which I did. I came back and they still were not ready and I wasn't seen until 2.15pm..!! If I didn't have plans that night I would not have stayed as I was getting frustrated with the poor service. I did my nails and they were 'okay' (top coat was lopsided). The women are nice they just need to do better, I wouldn't visit again unfortunately. - I don't want to deal with waiting nearly 90mins to be seen even when you have an appointment.

I must say the services in this shop is so great. The staff are so lovely. And they are very good in designing a nail style. I will recommend this place.
