We visited during school summer holidays, so it was busy and staff were eager to move people through, but they were still careful to check the fit of my son's shoes. Not much choice of styles in my son's size but the shoes themselves remain good quality and value, year on year.

Waisted time poor service.Waited patiently in a queue to enter the shop, the assistant on the door had seen me standing there for over fifteen minutes when I asked why the queue she simply responded that's for child shoes only, there where no signs anywhere saying adults looking for items for themselves need not wait.Poor customer service inside no assistants to help they were all at the back of the store dealing with families.

I feel the quality of the shoes has gone down hill I had my daughters feet fitted and brought a pair of sandals ready for the summer she wore them once and they had to go back they rubbed all her toes

Popped to Clarks outlet store today for school shoes, the queue was ridiculous (probably a good hour wait) especially as they were only allowing what looked like 3/4 adults at a time in (with kids), there seemed to been at least 3 members of staff (slowly wondering around the store). The shop is huge and we're out of COVID restrictions now, so the number of customers allowed in at one time is an absolute joke.After waiting for around 20 minutes, we ended up getting my son's shoes from M&S outlet instead, where we were able to walk straight in without any restrictions.

we went here to get my daughters feet measured , wasn’t much choice of shoes at all, her feet looked way to big to be in the shoe size they said, we then went newcastle instead , they measured her as a size up, so freeport store measured my daughters feet wrong, dont go here.. Go newcastle much more experienced staff
