Have used A and M garage for several years, with various vehicles, for mots and repair work. Have always found them to be honest and quick. As with any garage get a quote and ask them to phone you if they find other problems with the vehicle. In my case they have never exceeded the original quote. This has not been the case with other garages I have used. Staff always polite in my experience. I would recommend.

I always take my car here for the hard to fix problems that I cannot do at home. I find the staff friendly, helpful, down to earth, reasonably priced.All in all, a very reliable local garage. I would recommend them to anyone.10/10

This garage is an absolute nightmare. On my first visit, they not only repeatedly brushed me off until the next day but also completely botched the assessment of my car. The so-called owner, who seems to lack any notion of customer service, had the audacity to blame me for their incompetence, stating that my evening arrival was the problem, despite being well aware of my 9-5 job. It took a painful three visits for them to fix my car, and what was initially described as a minor issue turned out to be a major, wallet-draining problem. To add insult to injury, they stealthily took £100 from me for bonnet wiring without any upfront disclosure. This place is a disaster – steer clear at all costs.

Great garage which was able to accommodate us with short notice. The mechanic also physically showed us the issue with our car and explained to us exactly how it was a problem. This was great as he did this knowing that we weren't knowledgeable about cars. The price was a lot cheaper than we were quoted at a separate garage. Recommended.

Took my van in for an MOT running perfectly. At the garage the alternator rather suspiciously went and it ended up costing me £450. They also let me drive my van in a very dangerous condition to get a light repaired. On top of this I had to chase them up to see when my van would be ready, the whole ordeal cost me 2 days off work and cost me far more than it should have. Extremely unprofessional and appalling service. Do not trust this garage.

Lovely chaps! Through trial and error they diagnosed a tricky overheating problem that transpired to be a broken radiator fan. Very nice lads who communicated what was going on throughout and sourced the parts they needed quickly and efficiently in order to get me back on the road the same day. Five stars!

I won't take my van to anywhere else but these guys anymore. They replaced the clutch on my van. My flywheel was screwed and due to the age of my vehicle it's a nightmare to get hold of a new/used one but they managed to find a guy who basically reconditioned it for me and it now better than it's ever been! Best experience I've ever had with a garage.

Needed to change one of my tyres and I bought a used one from them for a stupid price and they fitted but they tyre still had the same problem which was a slow puncture which led me to believe that they tried repairing my tyre instead of putting another used one and I went back and got another used and was the same problem. DONT GO THERE THEY HAVE THE WORST SERVICE
