I have had a few issues with redeliveries recently, the latest was the worst. Card left while I was at work on Thursday, Special Delivery - yes I did need it urgently. Knew I had two days of strikes followed by Sunday so no chance of getting it before Monday. Unable to change delivery address online, but decided would ask work delivery person to pop in and pick it up for me on Monday morning. Fat chance, they returned to tell me collection office only open 8am - 10am - not helpful when you run a B&B and aren't in the town until later. Went online and arranged redelivery for Wednesday, got a confirmation email. On Tuesday I got an email from Amazon advising they had received my return and refunded me! And, lo and behold, no parcel arrived today. Just not good enough....
