I have take Pilates classes with Laura for nearly a year now and have always found them to be a great boost every week for my mind and body. The classes are well planned, using bands, balls and other aids to ensure every class is different. I would recommend Pilates classes with Laura without hesitation.

I have been also given some very specific exercises to improve my back and they work wonders. Laura is very talented and has amazing skills. Laura is also passionate about Pilates, she prepares a different class for every week, and she tailors the exercises to fit the needs of the participants. She is sweet and highly motivating. I have done Pilates with her for 5 years, and everyone is really happy and grateful with Laura. And as a physiotherapist, she found the root cause and healed an acute neck pain that I had for >10 years. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
