Many thanks to the engineer who visited to check my (very noisy and damaged inside) fridge freezer. I was fully informed regarding his arrival, including an update to tell me he was on his way. He was on time, professional and after seeing the damage inside the freezer, has agreed that it is due a replacement under the care policy I have. He was easy to talk to and a credit to the company. The repair / replace policy has been worth every penny. Very happy customer.

Fantastic company. Very friendly and professional. Great communication when needing my washer repaired and very quick.
