Cuts plasterboard in front of the elevators, blocking all mailboxes in the process and makes a mess that is still on the floor when their workday is over. Wedges open security and fire doors just as if security and fire prevention is no longer important compared to making their job easier. Leave sacks and sacks of flammable material in communal area overnight. This is both a fire risk as well as a trip risk if the place was smoke filled. Finally when using the lift they think it is really funny to press all buttons, so you who live here have to stop on every level from the top floor to the ground floor. Every year they tape a poster to our (housing association) close and say they're gonna clean our gutters but they never do. Now i've got damp cos where they left the gutter uncleared for so long. Rang them up and the guy insists on knowing my name without ever offering his, then pretends to call David Mitchell when i was already talking to him. Avoid this company.

Had the misfortune of encountering this maniac driver on 2 occasions recently. Tailgating and trying to intimidate other drivers. Going to cause a serious accident.

Tailgating me along a 30mph road whilst I was keeping a safe distance from a cyclist. Proceeded to repeatedly beep at me and began swerving behind me trying to intimidate me to go faster when it was not safe to overtake the cyclist. This then continued once I was safely passed the cyclist. Obviously trying to intimidate me and act like a hard nut.Absolute maniac - this person needs their license removed ASAP!!
