I've been to a few of the Forest Bathing sessions now, and have enjoyed each one. Cath makes every effort to make people feel relaxed while she supports us to focus on the sights, sounds and smells of the natural world. You should look out for sunrise, sunset and daytime sessions, they all bring something unique to the experience.Highly recommend this!

A calming and re-energising reset. I highly recommend an in-person forest bathing session. My partner and I were able to really engage with the activities and gain so much from the session. Keep an open mind and you'll really feel the benefits. I'll be booking another session and recommending it to friends and family. Fab experience.

The Forest Bathing session ran by Cath from Highland Quietlife was amazing. It's a great activity that really makes you appreciate the forests and all the benefits they give both mentally and physically. As someone new to this activity I had no idea what to expect but Cath was a great guide and made me feel comfortable straight away.

Fantastic session with Cath. I was new to forest bathing so wasn't sure what to expect. Cath explained the history and science behind the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku. The guided session was meditative and really helped connect all the senses to our forest environment. We ended with a chat about our experience and a lovely cup of nettle tea. I felt very calm and mentally clear for the rest of the day. I highly recommend this guided practice with Cath. I will certainly be forest bathing again!
