If I didn't get Jakes help, I wouldn't have kept going to the gym. I was a total beginner when we started working together. He quickly taught me everything I needed to know to be confident in the gym, having genuine fun while doing it. I've now been training for 3 years, and have surpassed all of the goals we origianlly set by far. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
