Telephoned as l needed a pip form renewal help. I'm disabled with issues with my hands and writing. I spoke to a lady who said some one would contact me. After l waited over 1 week after the time given ie next 24/48 hrs l called bk left a message waited. Called again left a message, waited after 5 times l gave up! My call messages were ignored and to date l never got a response. As pip forms are limited to time this caused me a lot of stress! Disgusting way to treat a disabled person in need. Don't say you're going to help then refuse to do so with out advising!

I am a teaching assistant who faced a challenging situation when I was let go from my job due to the use of both my married and maiden names, which was connected to safeguarding concerns at the school. While I fully appreciate the school's need for safeguarding, this situation was quite confusing for me. I initially sought help from ACAS and Citizen Advice, which eventually led me to the Manchester Law Center.I was pleasantly surprised by the swift response I received from the Manchester Law Center, with an initial email reply on 26/09, followed by a phone call assessment by lawyer Sarah Murphy on 04/10. They promptly organized an employment clinic for me, scheduled for 25/10, where I had the opportunity of zoom meeting with both Sarah Murphy and senior lawyer Michael O'Donoghue. I was deeply impressed by their thoroughness and patience during our consultation.The summary of the advice I received on 01/11 presented possible solutions to my situation. At that point, I had been feeling frustrated and uncertain about the way forward. However, when I contacted them, they not only clarified the difficulties I was facing but also provided reassurance and guidance on the next steps to follow. Their generosity in offering me reassurance, despite not being in a high-paying position, was truly touching.While the outcome of my case remains uncertain, I wholeheartedly recommend anyone in need of legal advice to reach out to the Manchester Law Center. I want to express my genuine gratitude to the entire team at the center, especially to Sarah and Michael, for their invaluable support and guidance.

I honestly can't be more greatly to all at the,Family law Centre. Superb team that work together excellently. There knowledge there professional approach is appreciated and I'm always treated with respect. Thanks you each and everyone for all you've done ...

Left an email and a voice mail twice on Friday..also called numerous times. No one picked up. Hello? Is anyone there? Needed help, so contacted this organisation - no reply. It says 48 hours for an email to be answered - never received a reply. Finally, someone called me on Thursday..A week after original VM. Slow in responding.

Fantastic service, they will fight your corner. Staff work very hard for you day in day out. Grateful for there service and all the hard work they put in..
