This site seems to get mixed reviews but my experience was entirely positive. Maria was excellent throughout the process of booking 2 return flights to France. She responded to all enquiries promptly. Even checked is in for the outward and return flights. Never used the company for a holiday booking but for flights - excellent in my opinion.

I recently had the most amazing travel experience with this travel agency. They are truly the cream of the crop when it comes to providing authentic and unforgettable trips. From the moment I booked my trip, their team was on top of things, making sure every little detail was taken care of. The accommodations were absolutely amazing. I felt like I was fully immersing myself in the culture and getting a real taste of each destination. The travel agency's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. ✌❤

Booked through them a flight to Manila a few months ago and it was a very good trip. Used them again in September to book tickets for my daughter and grand daughter it was also a very good experience. They provided us with good customer service and good prices too. I am planning to go to Spain on a holiday will definitely use them again.100% Recommended

I had the best travel agent FAHAD who helped me throughout my booking, I had an emergency flight to take and he helped me. The travel agency even paid for my flight before hand so I can get a cheaper flight. I will recommend this travel agency to my friends and family.

I recently used to Dream Holidays for recent travel. Ahmed was great and provided us with very competitive rates, there were a few snagging issues but he handled it all for me. Overall was very happy with the experience.

Beware, scam!I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by my experience with this company. It's disheartening to think that there are businesses out there that are so willing to exploit innocent customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and avoid the heartache that my family and I endured.I booked three tickets through this company for what was meant to be a much-anticipated family holiday. However, the nightmare began when we attempted to check in for our flights. To our shock, we discovered that one of the tickets was never issued to begin with. It's beyond comprehension how a supposedly reputable company could overlook such a fundamental aspect of their service.Adding insult to injury, we realized that the second ticket had been refunded by the agency without any prior notification. This left us with only one usable ticket for our entire family. It's inconceivable that a travel agency would operate in such an irresponsible and reckless manner, causing us to lose not only our hard-earned money but also our long-awaited holiday plans.In our desperate attempts to seek assistance, we found the company's lack of responsiveness utterly appalling. Phone calls went unanswered, and our emails seemed to vanish into thin air. It's as if they have no intention of taking responsibility for the distress and inconvenience they've caused.Avoid this company at all costs. They have demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, ethics, and consideration for their customers. I hope my review serves as a warning to others and prevents them from falling victim to the same deceitful practices that my family experienced.

The worst travel company ever. I beg you all, please please do not trust this company and don't book through them, you will end up losing all your money and no ticket provided, if ticket provided it will be fake and tgere will be no reservation at all. Pleaseeeee save your money and book with trust worthy companies. This comp should be banned. They don't even speak properly, and cannot understand clearly and they tell so many lies, day in day out. I had the worst experience of my life. I book 2 tickets in June and until now I have not been provided with the ticket and invoice. Out of the 2tickets one copy of the ticket was sent to me on WhatsApp, and I was worried, so I rung the airline to Sk if that ticket was booked and they said yes, when I asked about the second ticket, the travel agent told me spelling mistakesin the ticket, so gone back for change of name to the airline, but when I enquired with the airline, they said there is no second ticket booked at all, but they have taken my money, and when I asked the agent, I have been lied to over and over again. Now I am going to take action, they can't fool people and have their hard earned money. They will and should rot in hell.
