Called Steve on Saturday morning to say I had problems with the pressure in the boiler he said he would be around in the next few hours came in and fixed the problem in minutes would highly recommend using him .

Years ago I was in the same profession.The service given to us was superb from start to finish have had Steve back to do another job & we are expecting him in later today to install a new radiator in our second bathroom.My one complaint. He’s a darn sight better golfer than me..........!

What can I say, 10/10 !!Steve was amazing, I rang him in a blind panic and he advised he couldn’t come out to us as he was looking after his children but instead called us on FaceTime and help solved our problem!He even got a part we needed ready for us so I could quickly drive to his house and pick it up!He is a lovely guy and clearly cares about his customers.He is now our plumber for life lol!Thanks again Steve !!!

We asked him to service our boiler and gas fire. He did a very thorough job and picked up on some issues, which he put right. Very grateful for what he has done and highly recommend.

Have used Fox services for a few years. Boxing Day morning 2022 messaged to say central heating not working for2 old age pensioners who get cold! He came within 2 hours andreplaced the pump.He is always friendly and very helpful but this gesture while heis on holiday was 10 Stars!!

What a 5 star service, 48 hours from initial phone call to a new boiler up and running. You also went above and beyond adapting our existing cupboard for it. Would definitely recommend.

Our shower stopped working! A phone call to Steve resulted in him advising to try a few things first before calling him out and it costing us money. His suggestions worked! In this day and age it is very rare to find someone so honest, helpful and knowledgeable who is not out to make a quick buck at a customer’s expense. Couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Steve.
