Nando's Hounslow
Went there yesterday. The environment was too nasty and unhealthy unhygienic. Went there several times. Store is very dark most of the times. Also looks like unhygienic. After 40 minutes they started clearing the tables I attached the pictures. And also i got food poisoning after having dinner yesterday. Very unsatisfactory but nandos was my all time favourite restaurant.

What’s not to like about Nando’s? Staff are polite, friendly and helpful. I could also see that they work hard to keep the restaurant tidy. Food was served in a timely manner and the taste is consistently good.

It's good.. But parking is tricky.. Very difficult to get a spot! This Nando’s and the one in feltham is halal, not all the Nando’s are Halal. I’m a huge fan of full chicken, sides, starters. ❤️ the chicken here. There order is fully automated, you need to order online once you get a seat even if you are dining in. They offer bottomless drinks, desserts are very limited. Claudia served us and she was very enthusiastic and super friendly

my favourite chicken pricey but definitely can't complain about the quality. service very good you order on the app and they bring it to the table. overall happy with the experience.

Best Nando's experience we had. Staff was really nice and waited for us to finish off our food even when it was past closing time. We ordered family platter which is enough for 4-6 people with lots of side dishes. It was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed our meal.

Had a lovely dinner here to today. The service was lovely, Nadia was extremely welcoming and provided a excellent service. Will definitely come back.

If you want Pri Pri chicken just go somewhere else. Nando is a famous chain but doesn't mean it is good. Chicken is dry and bland, I know I ordered chicken breast but I was expecting more flavor.

So disorganised. Placed my order and waited for 25 minutes. Nothing came. Then I’m told that they were waiting for new chicken and it was in the oven. If they had told me this when I ordered as they do at other stores I’d have ordered something else. Was late for an appointment. Very disappointing and staff seemed to forget about me but guy grilling my chicken was nice.
