Amazingly helpful staff. Very informative & staff knowledgeable. They don't try & do a hard sell which is so off putting. They actually listen to your needs & advise you accordingly. They cater for your specific needs & if you need it they have a very good finance option to make it more affordable.

Today's appointment was absolutely excellent!The lady who did the drawings (Lindsey Darlow) was so incredibly quick, patient with us and attentive to our needs! I think that she hasn't left any stone unturned.After my appointment at Magnet I feel that getting a new kitchen can become a reality.

Bought a kitchen from this company a couple of years ago. No problem. Looking to replace the filter on the water supply. Very helpful member of staff was floored when I asked for a price of the cartridges. His supervisor could only recommend Google. Slightly below expectations

I booked an appointment online for a virtual design session, was emailed every day to remind me to attend but never sent a link to the session. I phoned 7 times to get the link (retail and trade) but no answer, tried using the chat option but was offline, email - no reponse. Very poor service
